1. Agreement
By using cursivee.app you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. "We" means the operators of cursivee.app; "you" means the person using it. These terms cover everything served from https://cursivee.app.
2. What the service is
cursivee.app converts text you type into alternative Unicode characters, entirely within your browser. It is provided free of charge, with no account and no guarantee of continued availability. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time.
3. Your text and your output
You keep every right you had in the text you enter. We claim no ownership of what you type or of the converted result, and — as described in the privacy policy — we never receive it in the first place. What you do with the output is entirely your business and entirely your responsibility.
4. Acceptable use
The output is ordinary text, and the same rules apply to it as to anything else you write. You agree not to use it to:
- impersonate another person, brand, or organisation, including by using lookalike letters to imitate a name that is not yours;
- evade a ban, a filter, or a moderation system on another service;
- harass, deceive, or defraud anyone;
- break the rules of whatever platform you paste it into, or any applicable law.
We have no way to see what you generate and no ability to police it. This clause states the limits of a reasonable use of the tool, and responsibility for exceeding them rests with you.
5. No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. In particular, we do not warrant that:
- any given platform will accept, display, or preserve the characters you generate;
- the characters will render identically, or at all, on every device;
- output will pass any username, moderation, or verification check;
- the site will be available without interruption or free of errors.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site — including a suspended account, a rejected username, unreadable text, or content that failed to display as you intended. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
7. The site itself
The design, layout, copy, and source of cursivee.app belong to us. The Unicode characters the site produces do not — they are part of an open international standard and belong to no one.
8. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The date at the top of this page marks the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of residence, and any dispute will be handled by the courts there.
